What will I need to do to prepare for my treatment?
Make sure you arrive in plenty of time so that you do not feel rushed. On your first visit we will need to go through your medical history and lifestyle questionnaire so that we can identify any concerns and discuss your treatment plan. I will offer you water after your treatment but please do bring some water with you as it is important that you get plenty of hydration for the rest of the day.

How will I feel during and after the treatment?
This varies very much from person to person, but most people go into a deeply relaxed state during treatment. You may notice that certain reflexes that I stimulate feel sore, and this usually signifies an area or reflex that is out of balance, in which case I will work on that reflex to clear any congestion noticed. It is normal for body temperature to drop during treatment, and I will offer an additional blanket if this is the case.
After the treatment most people tend to feel really relaxed. At the first treatment we will discuss the normal reactions to treatment you may experience.

Will I fall asleep?
Often people do fall asleep and the more you relax the more beneficial the treatment can be. If you prefer to stay awake and talk through the treatment then that is fine too, although I will encourage you to relax as much as possible.

Do I have to get changed?
No, you will wear your clothes throughout the treatment (except for socks), make sure your clothing is loose and comfortable.

Are there any contraindications?
Reflexology is a safe and effective treatment. There are very few contraindications but please do mention any significant health concerns at the time of booking and if you have a condition that you are receiving medical care for please do check with your doctor before commencing treatment.

Do you have parking?
Yes, there is free parking at the property.

What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of treatment then the treatment will be charged, but I will endeavour to fill your space and if I am able to, I will waive the cancellation fee.

How do I pay?
I accept all major credit/debit cards and apple pay. I do not accept bank transfers.
