I offer Sound Baths in a group setting or on a private one-to-one basis.
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you like back and are immersed in pure, soothing sound. As the mind quietens and the body softens, the nervous system shifts into a state of profound rest, allowing tension to release and natural balance to return.
Trained by Sound Universe London, I use Crystal Tones® Alchemy singing bowls, renowned as the highest quality sound-healing bowls in the world.
Each bowl is made from pure quartz and infused with rare gemstones, minerals and precious metals, creating exceptionally clear, therapeutic frequencies.
